Dingle Donuts didn’t start in a boardroom; it started with a simple mission on the Wild Atlantic Way: to create "edible happiness" in small, handcrafted batches.

Inspired by the rugged beauty and slow-paced charm of the Dingle Peninsula, we set out to prove that a humble donut can capture the magic of West Kerry.

While the world moved faster, we decided to slow down. Our donuts are made using a traditional artisan style yeast process. We let our dough rest and rise with the patience that our coastal landscape demands.

More Than Just Sugar and Flour. To us, a donut is a means of connection.

It’s the reward after a cold dip in the Atlantic, the fuel for a hike up Mount Brandon, or the shared treat over coffee while listening to traditional music in a local pub.
